The California plate on that Dodge Ram Van is genuine. I guess that it got imported here?

How can it be genuine? The letter/number order is totally wrong.

Nothing wrong about it at all - it's a commercial plate, they have this format.

It's a valid license number when put in Carfax. It shows as a 1994 Dodge Ram Van B250.

FYI Gamer, California commercial plates usually have one letter that is placed in the second digit.

If it was a Ram Wagon it would have a passenger car plate. This is also a conversion van.

Just to put a spanner in the works, Power Rangers has been filmed in New Zealand for a number of years, specifically in and around Auckland City in the upper North Island. That would mean both the Cefiro and the Dodge van would have been imported from their respective countries to New Zealand. The Cefiro would have been a JDM used import.

Don't worry, the users identifying cars in the New Zealand-shot Power Rangers series have taken that into account. If anything, we tend to presume that Japanese cars in New Zealand are used imports unless proven otherwise.
