dsl ◊ 2015-12-20 17:52	BW = Nov 78. Which is 3+ years too early for car?? I don't have an explanation for the - fairly rare so far - cases when HK plates are older than the car, but guess there was probably a cherished number transfer scheme, probably similar to UK practice.
