Or maybe Auto-Karosserifabrikken A/S of Kambo, Norway? They built a similar body on a Diamond T chassis in 1936.

(... and yes, I do have a copy of Håndverk på hjul by Asbjörn Rolseth - and it was as expensive as a house!)
