Being a '64...that means it's either a Special or LeSabre, right? If I recall properly those were the only nameplates used on Buick wagons that year. |

Yes on only LeSabre and Special having wagons, this appears to be a 1964 Special |

Yes, Special. While the front end design on the LeSabre is very similar, the bumpers vary and the LeSabre has opposed windshield wipers while the Special has the tandem pattern depicted in the subject photo. |
