Ape Car or, as apparently known in Germany (and in other countries?) Vespacar. Most probably a 1972-93 P2.
Due to the release date of the episode (november 1983), unlikely a 1984-93 P3 and for sure not a 1988-93 Apecar Diesel AFD nor a 1988-93 Ape Max Diesel,.
