It appears to be a mock-up van of some sort because Crown would not have put "GMC" on the front of the truck. You can see a picture of the Carpenter Stepvan here http://www.autolit.net/Graphics/0906/wf3828.jpg |

Its for sure a Crown/Carpenter Step van, as Jale stated before. The GMC logo is just there because it has GMC Chassis, but the body is produced by Carpenter/Crown. |
