Can someone in the UK shed some light on what this is? From what I've read, they were based on Fairlanes, but the plate says it's a 2010. Fairlanes ceased production in 2007. Only the BF station wagon survived until 2010, otherwise all other AU Fords were FGs after 2008. |

Seeems lots of descriptions as Fairlane, including this Ford Cardinal Hearse Instructional Video by Coleman Milne. But see the comment underneath: "It's not a Fairlane but a Falcon or to be more precise an FG Falcon G6E. I know this as I own one here where they're made in Australia. They will discontinue making them in 2016 so if you like them stock up on them." It's also a Cardinal Mk11. |

The one in both the link and that video is the newer type like: /vehicle_829519-Coleman-Milne-Cardinal-FG-2014.html It's a transferable (not linked to vehicle age) number plate that will have been on various vehicles used by the funeral directors over the years. |

Ok, well if 2010 isn't the real year of manufacture, then this can be listed as a 2005 [BA] Fairlane Ghia. It has the 16" alloy wheel design of the BA (BFs had 17" alloys), and the chrome mirror caps which appeared in BA mk2 (2005). -- Last edit: 2015-10-02 16:27:05 |

Have listed as Coleman Milne to match others. Are the details as entered correct? |
