Interior shot of the dashboard/steering wheel (unsure if this helps narrow a year). There might be a shot of the seatbelts but I am not 100% sure: Close up of the grille (unsure if that emblem was added or if that helps narrow the converter): Best shot of the rear. The grille-mounted "Classic" badge probably means the custom grille itself - in any case it's not Classic Limousine of Fountain Valley, California, it may be Classic Coachworks of Orlando, Florida. The body gives no clear hint either.
