Could this be an Audi or Wanderer? Although it looks like an Auto Union product, it looks too intermediate to be a Horch. But most four-door Audis and Wanderers of this period had suicide doors, this one obviously hasn't. Anyways, in the background is Shell House, built from 1930-1932 for the Shell company. Today, it houses offices of the nearby Federal Ministry of Defence, which is located in the historic Bendlerblock just left from the picture point of view. The place were Stauffenberg and his men were executed by firing squad in 1944 is just 200 meters (656ft) away from where this was filmed.
