I'm not really an expert on Minis but this is a posher model than the poverty spec City E due to the rims. A HL or something like that. One requires dsl to 'pop-up' to clear this one up. |

Yes - 1980 Mini 1000 HL for the wheels (which were plastic covers) and chrome below windows. Can't see anything which means a special edition in this view, but this was about when they started, including some made-for-EU versions. |
