yes 2004-2006, seems to have the turbo hood scoop, which came in 2004 |

That or an outback. Can't really see the back end, but I think an outback would have a thinner, blacked out C pillar, so I'd guess baja.... The one on the right looks like a g4 maxima. |

Check out the headlights - To me this looks more like an earlier model Outback (1996-99). |

I would say Legacy Outback too. Could be a wagon with the rear hidden in shadow, or alternatively a 1998 SUS sedan. |
