Difficult one. Described as a Rolls Royce. Some kind of Phantom identifiable by the suicide door/rear window shape?

I can't see anything but by extrapolation and you saying Phantom, a Phantom V??

I'm fairly sure it's a Phantom V or VI (can't remember if VI had suicide doors early on in its run)

Normal P6 did not have suicide doors, but special requests could achieve anything. If that's a wing indicator in main - which should be above the top of the wheel arch - it's a P6.
