Here the label is well visible, so this one /vehicle_3617-Talbot-Matra-Rancho-1980.html is rather also Simca. |

The brand name Matra-Simca is being written with a dash for the Rancho, but without a dash for the Bagheera. Antoine, is it already possible to use name variation but still keeping them together for listing? |

I do not really see the interest of doing special stuff for a dash. This was already discussed for Land(-)Rover if I remember well: this does not change much... In addition of that, they probably added the dash just for visual effect, to separate the two words on the car. In commercial documents they seem to not put that dash: http://www.auto-pub.net/page_Matra_Rancho_78.htm Same for Talbot(-)Matra: I would use the same for the the Rancho as for the Murena. http://www.leblogauto.com/images/gamme20talbot201980.jpg http://www.auto-pub.net/page_Matra_Rancho_Wind.htm It seems that they were often writing the Talbot name in big, and then below Matra Rancho. e.g.: http://talbot.xooit.com/t346-Listing-des-brochures-Talbot-Matra.htm And what about Matra Rancho from Chrysler, without Talbot or Simca? http://storm.tocmp.com/talbotmatrarancho.htm -- Last edit: 2007-09-07 14:10:17 |
