The Mini Cooper was ours - a 1965 Austin Cooper Mk1 registration number EMO 40C. I think we also supplied the green Minor 1000. |

xMO plates occur on several early works rally Minis - did this one have an interesting past? |

Any reason why ADO59 code is not used on all Minor 1000? |

ADO59 seems to apply for 1962+ onwards 1098cc only, but I don't see any reason not to use it. Before 62, as far as I can tell, Morris Minors were not part of the ADO (Austin Drawing Office) sequence. |

@sandie: http://www.aronline.co.uk/index.htm?codeadof.htm . (Scroll down to ADO59.) The 948cc Minor 1000 was presumably considered a development of the 1948+ Series Minors. |
