This is a local assembly hybrid version from somewhere - not sure where at the moment. Front has Mk5-style grille and non-UK bumper, but rear and C-pillar vents are Mk4. Maybe Philippines??? |

Director/producer David Hunt has producer credits on a bunch of films made in the Philippines around the same time, so this was probably made there too. |

Main and thumb don't appear to be the same cars. |

True. Main can be Mk5 then, thumb Mk4. And made in Philippines. |

IMDB states this was filmed in Miami, Florida. However, this car was never sold in the US. So, something is fishy.... |
