Commer Q4 Truck,3 ton,4x2 GS..early 1939 model with dual rear tyres...gradually phased out by the adoption in British Army of Bedford OY series. |

Sorry, disgree with the phased out bit. The Q2 with 60' Queen Mary trailer was used all through the war and the Q4 for general service. Also used by at least the Danish and Russian armies. The civilian version it was based on carried on after the war until the late 40s Cheers |
