You see this tunnel in almost every Berlin film because its easy to shoot in this tunnel. Its not used very often. This tunnel leads to an old ramp to the A100 ("Stadtautobahn"). The ramp was too dangerous and caused massive congestions so it was closed at some point. However this tunnel made it easier for bicyclists to cross the highly congested roads around the "Funkturm". So this tunnel became a Tunnel for bicyclists rather than cars. Cars are still allowed to use it anyway. EDIT: Oh and the cars in this scene are actually driving on the Cyclist way. The road for the cars is where the Cyclists drive. You can easily spot that because the cars are driving over the stripes as the cyclist way is too narrow for cars. Was /vehicle_825125-Audi-A3-Sportback-Typ-8PA-2004.html filmed on the ramp you mentioned? |

Yes it is, nice find! I remember the buildings in background because i am doing my daily commute over the A100, passing by this old onramp. But this movie is bad! First all cars drive on the cyclist way, now they are driving the wrong way over the ramp. They are driving off instead of on. -- Last edit: 2015-06-28 22:48:16 |
