I don't know why, but I'm leaning towards either the Ranch Wagon or the Courier Sedan Delivery. |

It's not a Courier, they had different side windows and B-pillar. I can't see the Country Sedan trim and since it's an ambulance I'd guess it's a Ranch Wagon. |
