Only 426 of these were built in Spain. According to the plant's website, they were just called "Citroën H": http://www.vigo.psa-peugeot-citroen.com/index.php?id=2028 |

I'm not sure that it is enough as proof to call it "H" instead of "Type H". In French too it was often referred to as "H" or "HY" rather than "Type H(Y)", it is more a convention to list it like that than a proper and clear model name.
