It could just as easily be a C-10. This is a 1960. |

Front face of the 1960 only C-Series only indeed. Medium (127"/3.23 m) wheelbase of a long C-10 / standard C-20 (the 8-stud wheels indicate then a ¾-ton C-20) or 133"/3.38 m wheelbase of a 1-ton C-30? Made apparently on a Stepside pickup basis: the door is clearly just missing, the door hinge locations still visible, and the rear fenders are without a doubt the ones of a Stepside pickup: its model code is either C2504 or C3604, depending on the ton rating. In any case, being a light-duty model means that it belongs to the Apache truck sub-line. ⇒ C-Series Apache _____ (a real chassis + cowl could only be a C-30 -no C-20 for the 1960 model year- and it would have a C3612 code) |
