I would guess that it's an O303 bodied by an independent coachbuilder using some Mercedes-Benz parts. Also it's probably a used import from western Europe.

I believe this has a body by Deltaplan (a Finnish coach builder which now is part of Carrus, a subsidary to Volvo) and I believe the specific model is a 1982+ Delta Express Link to "bussidata.kuvat.fi" .

Edit:
The Finnish homepage bussidata is an excellent homepage, but it refuses to be linked back to.
Every time I want to see it I have to type in "bussidata" at google (or similar search engine) and than klick on "BUSSIDATA - Kuvat.fi", whereupon a page with only text should be visible.
Then klick on "0 Korit", and the result is an amazing list of all coach manufacturer in Finland.
If one klick on "Autokori-Delta" one is greated with all the models built by Deltaplan, and the model in question here is called "1982-198 bk D 9 Express", but was commonly known as "Delta Express".

I don't know if the rear end makes it a Mercedes, but most Mercedes coaches had to have a certain nose decided by Mercedes themselves, while other manufacturers were more forgiving.
If one have a look at models like "1974-1984 bk D 3 400" , "1977-198 bk D 5 500" and "1977-1984 bk D 6 300" it's possible to see a similar rear roof build which might have something to do with either engine cooling or passenger cooling. Or maybe it's just a design feature...
The chassis at the page are mostly Volvo and Scania, and those were by far the most common ones.
But then again, there might be exceptions...
