dsl ◊ 2015-02-21 14:03	77 was last year of 74+ base version of 911 without any added title (S, Carrera, etc) so I guess U just means poverty version - and 77 was final year for any 2.7 (base, S). So plate info is internally consistent. This one has no rear badge - which is odd so may mean upgraded. General trim could be anything 78+ to mid 80s, but replacing front wings with 81+ is a bit drastic for a makeover unless it is a crashed repair. So if you want to trust the plate info, I won't argue - everything else is a bit too vague.
