 For sure not Skoda Octavia, but rather Maserati Quattroporte (I know that the other one looks different, but this car is also similar).

Yes, cars in this animation generally looks very good, but not this one - it isn't similar to Octavia and also isn't a good Maserati, the rear end is a bit too long, but the shape is like in the Quattroporte, anyway can be also a fictional vehicle.

 Certainly not an Octavia, which was a hatchback. This car is a very classic sedan.

I do not think so, it is very different, the one in the link has much more details on the lower bumper than this one...
