 I the 1970's Jelcz strictly cooperated with Steyr (the results are Jelczs of serie 400 and 600). Steyr trucks were later assembled in Poland, so I'm not sure about the 1968 date in this case.

1968 as debut year of that range,but that can't exclude could be an eventual CKD unit imported later from Austria and assembled into Jelcz plants(recall ties that Steyr had with Jelcz get by them own Diesel engines'license overall)

 I remember lot of them were on the streets when I was kid, I really like them. Shape of the cab seems to be very simple, but is interesting. Sad that today's Steyrs are identical with MAN trucks.
Edit:
Series '91' was made since 1978. This one is 1490, introduced in 1970 (first model from '90' family was introduced in 1968) and to Poland they were imported since about 1972/73. Most of these 3-way tippers had to be exactly of the "1490.320 K.29" type here.

 Steyry 1490 w Polsce (jak na zdjęciu) miały 6 cylindrowy silnik 8.1 litra pojemności. Dużo takich było w latach 70-tych w Transbudzie Sosnowiec. Nigdy nie ciągnęły żadnej przyczepy, ponieważ niały zbyt mały moment obrrotowy. Moc 230 KM z turbo.
W latach 70-tych jeździło też dość sporo identycznych Steyrów, które miały jednak nieco inną skrzynię ładunkową - taką samą jak Jelcze 3W 640 z pierwszych miesięcy produkcji. Na boku kabiny miały mały napis 270V8 co oznaczało silnik 8 cylindrowy, ale bez turbo. W tamtych latach 320 KM miały tylko i wyłącznie ciągniki balastowe - napis z boku kabiny 320V8.

 W książce o Jelczu jest wywrotka IFE-Meiller Kipper (wygląda tak samo jak ta tutaj) opisana jako Steyr 1490.320, ale fakt(!), to nie musiał być "polski" egzemplarz, ew. był to jakis testowy rodzynek.

Też IFE-Meiller Kipper - w porównaniu z wywortką z 40-latka, chyba najbardziej widoczną różnicą był krótszy daszek nad kabiną - a to ciekawe, że można by po tym elemencie odróżnic wersje silnikowe Steyerów w PRL.
