'CDJ' is the UK 'Construction and Use Regulations' code from about 1968 onwards. CDJ/CHJ ('D' is 214cu.in. petrol 'H' is 220cu.in. Diesel) '3' is the longest wheelbase. Bedford J2Z 2-ton chassis cab, normal control 143" wheelbase, the 'J5' front end is probably used on export and CKD kits where smaller wheels and low load height are not wanted or required.
