The Auwärters... sort of the Kardashians of German coachbuilding. (Sorry - none of them actually deserve that label!) With various companies by Paul, Ernst and Gottlob I suggest we keep using the surnames in order to be more precise, so let's make it Gottlob Auwärter here. This is inspired by the fact that I know at least one, possibly two Auwärter hearses, but never managed to find out which one of these coachbuilders built it. |

Quite in contrast to the policy of Heinrich, Ulrich and Otfried Kässbohrer who were all pulling together to rebuy there company in 1995. But this would mean to compare Dallas and Denver. Maybe enough material for a series of german coachbuilder dynasties |
