Painted bumpers, plastic trim at sides -> Seicento SX
(at minimum, or another special edition - 1998 - 2001 Seicento S had unpainted bumpers and no door trim)

I sold my Seicento S last year. Basic comfort, but rather good chairs. Mechanically very dependable - it never let me down. My reason for selling was that I discovered mine had a typical design bug for that engine - with 100,000...120,000 km they like to eat their head gasket. I had my new car before it blew. This car is safe - not because of construction, but because you will almost automatically drive carefully and can't speed... In fact, it had one of the five worst results ever found after introducing the Euro-NCAP crash test. At last, it does't crunch your, errm, balls in a crash like the Renault 5. The Renault was infamous for a steering wheel punching down in crashes.
The Fiat's design inside was quite practical, and because not much was covered by plastic, it had quite a lot of spots to stuff in small luggage. While eating up to 5 standard German relocation boxes in its back, with folded rear bench.
I only would like to meet that stupid guy at night, who constructed the (passenger room's) ventilator's air intake so close to the engine you never got cold air out of that thing.
