Jeremy's choice of car in a contest whereby Jeremy and Vicky must purchase a car with a limited budget and then tune it up, for a later face off. Despite Jeremy's persistent insistence of power over handling, the Rover did indeed win :D

They repainted the gold one? The one on main picture has a fake plate.

Yes, they repainted the original car that Jeremy bought for £250 as he wanted it "British racing green" ;)

Two differenct cars I believe as the bonnet badges are early (plastic) and late (metal-perforated) versions.

The main picture is possibly tuned by Ripspeed international (5.3 litre?).
