The controls look to be specific to Steels Engineering Products the "Electric Eel" truck. The wheel controls both acceleration and braking and the driver steering control is by transferring body weight from one foot to the other on the pivoting platform. The battery cover has been removed (easier to change or charge the batteries). The electric-hydraulic lifting platform has smaller solid steel wheels and is controlled by the lever on the driver's left.
