Tractor appears to be a three wheeled type called IIRC a "rowcropper". The rear wheels are purposely narrow, and the extended shafts allow the fitting of extra pair of wheels for soft ground or heavy work. No idea what make, but it's towing a spud lifter, we used to earn a few bob from a local farmer following one of these and collecting the spuds in buckets.
