Hmm yes that's what I wanted to ask. I do not know why thought that some episodes where made elsewhere. Anyway, according to Wikipedia "Vanagon" name was for US. What about Canada then?

According to the IMDB, seasons 4 to 7 were filmed in Vancouver, and the rest in Los Angeles:

It is Westfalia Camper version. Hubcap design could indicates 1984/85. Comments?

This is 99% US Vanagon. European camper models had different sticker design and "Joker" or "Club Joker" stickers on both front doors. The metalic brown color looks like US spec too.
