I remember going thru this when we were in West Germany back in the 1970's-80's? Baader-Meinhof did a few carbombs on posts,a couple in '72 (Frankfurt V Corps(?)Officers mess and Campbell Kaserne,Heidelberg) and another in '81-'82 (USAFE HQ,Ramstein AFB) come to mind right away? And everytime 'something' happened,Out came the Dogs & Mirrors at all the gates? |
