1958 - 1961 Simca Vedette.
But which line (Beaulieu, Chambord) not sure.
The Chambord would always have a figure on the hood like this?

Hard to tell if there is this figure on the movie image.

Beaulieu had a simpler colour scheme (roof and rear wing inserts different from the reast of the body), this is a Chambord (lower part of the body in same colour as roof and wing inserts). Those hood ornaments were illegal since 1959, even on older cars.
