It's not a Mitsubishi. I'm thinking Toyota. Something like an early 80's Carina with a japanese market front end. EDIT : I was right ! I say it's a A60 Toyota Carina - used Japanese imports are common in RHD African markets (Africa and Kenya are both RHD), so it's quite possible it is a Japanese spec model or is using parts from one.
