No. Definitely a product from the FIAT/Iveco group. The label says OM. -- Last edit: 2006-12-06 02:56:54 |

Had the same cab used by UNIC 110(derived by Seventies'Izoards cab)made in Trappes plants, but have OM Brand,so or 1974 OM 110(later model'cause had Iveco Brand on grille)or 1975 OM 150 NC or 170 NC(twin of Fiat-badged Fiat/Fiat Iveco 110 NC-150 NC-170 NC) BTW,was a pre-1978 design(that same cab, later will adopt same styled chrome horizontal-barred grille, like the bigger 1978 Iveco Fiat/OM 190) PS The mid-sized UNIC with '70s Izoard cab were rebadged on Italian market as Fiat(then Fiat-Iveco,since 1975)and OM(then OM-Iveco,since 1975 too);the OM 110-130 NC were marketed also in Switzerland(under Saurer-Iveco Brand, thru 1976-1978 circa,in reason of the fact that Saurer have engines projecting ties with OM since Thirties, when OM diesel engines were directly patterned on Saurer powerplants--old OM ads talks about a" Saurer system diesel engine patent") -- Last edit: 2006-12-06 16:48:20 |
