1967-72 model, with 1968+ side markers. And I assume not a 1972 truck as the inside mirror isn't stuck to the windshield? As this bed is the one of both the long C-10 and the standard/short C-20 (1), C-20 due to the size of wheels? As short C-20 with a Fleetside bed, is has then a CS/CE20934 Chevrolet code. The fender logo is at least a 1969 one: a 1967-68 would be more "vertical" (see the link above).
