can't tell AEC Regal II, but here is a blog about the man fueling and cleaning double decker buses at James garage in Ammanford in the 50ies http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/legacy/waleshistory/2010/12/ http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/legacy/waleshistory/roy-noble-buses_01.jpg -- Last edit: 2014-07-17 02:19:31 |

As far as I can find out, James, Ammanford was a very Leyland based fleet, certainly from 210 onwards, and was one of the first operators of the Atlantean. Also bearing in mind the location, it is unlikely (Cardiff Corporation and Western Welsh apart) that there would be too many AECs in South Wales, and it would have been a Regent, as a double decker. -- Last edit: 2014-07-17 14:27:02 |

Yes Leyland PD3/4 with Weymann lowbridge coachwork, new in June 1957, but unfortunately fleet no 207 does not appear in the list I have. -- Last edit: 2014-07-17 15:42:01 |

amazing, considering the number of coachbuilders you had, i could have spent days with it! -- Last edit: 2014-07-18 01:00:34 |
