Likely stock footage. Director Rick Sloane was notorious for resorting to that method. The locations don't even match. Time to add this to my "where did they take this footage from?" research list. |

That was my first thought, but I don't recall seeing that crash in the Dukes. Honestly, with all the stuff I've seen, I could pretty much start a movie car crash database. Watching a Michael Bay movie is usually enough to discourage me from making that true. |
