The link is Ralph's site actually (as he lists movies with this kind of BMWs on his site) The effect is weird, but not bad for cars that are not so easy to spot in the image. |

Irgendwie scheinst du allerdings ein Problem mit mir zu haben, da du mehrfach meine Arbeit kritisierst. Besonders bei background cars ist der spot sehr hilfreich. Sonst ist es oft sehr schwierig zu sehen um welches Auto es sich handelt. Bei fremden Bildern bin ich oft am Rätseln welches Auto denn gemeint ist. Es werden leider viel zu viele Suchbilder hier eingestellt. Split photographs. They are better than imageshack thumbnails. -imageshack wird es früher oder später nicht mehr geben. Die Haltezeit wird nicht für immer sein. -imageshack Bilder ansehen dauert lange. Hochladen dauert noch länger. Soviel Zeit habe ich nicht. -imcdb gibt uns einen Platz für images. Etwa 22x14 gross. Diesen Platz sollten wir nutzen und möglichst viel von einem Auto zeigen. Von vorne, seitlich und hinten. -Das Bild soll helfen das im Film gesehene Auto bei imcdb wiederzufinden. -Diese images Dateien sollen Lust auf den Film machen. -Kaufe die DVD für Bilder ohne split und spot. (Diese Text/Grammatik wurde für möglichst gute translation gewählt) |

I speak very little German, so I used AltaVista Babelfish translation to translate your post, but it isn't that great at translating other languages into coherent English, so I didn't completely understand everything you wrote, but I don't have any problem with you personally, it is just my opinion that it's nicer to have an untampered frame of film as the main picture, although with this particular background car the spotlight is appropriate because it is in the dark. I agree that it is good to give views of different sides of the car and I don't think using imageshack thumbnails is perfect but I prefer it that way. You have your own reasons for making split photos and you explain them with conviction, so it's probably a waste of time for me to try to convince you otherwise, to each his own. You do your pages your way, I'll do mine my way. I've probably moaned a few times too many about your pictures, I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to offend you. I hope you don't misinterpret me. |
