Plate returns as a 1300. We don't have the VIN, but serial number is 117717507 and engine no. #E00132330. |

What is the location here? @Gamer, the numbers you found (where was that found?) matches a German 1967 1300, built May 1967. I'd like to remove the 'Made in', for now |

Thx, @Gamer Chassis number is 1967. Seems to have the thinner trim of 1967. Not a Brazilian (They used other numbering systems. FWIW Wikipedia says Peru got their VWs from Brazil, though) or an early Mexican made as listed (large windows front and side MY1972, this was the same body as MY1971 German VWs but by then headlamps and bumpers were already new) Probably an import (tempting to say US judging by the seats, but then the headlights are wrong)? Waiting for more shots from @peto1995, a rear view would be nice |

Well, it's obviously been tampered with a bit. Note the indicators from the "railroad track" model and especially the Ford E-Series wheels. |

Probably. No more info from @peto1995, so 'Made in Mexico' removed and default 1965 set to 1967, by the chassis number provided. |
