It seems the black handles weren't used in US ones before 1984, that would mean it is the "Sport Wagon" only and not 18i, but it is to confirm. Also I found in Google a 1985 spec car with the same wheel covers, but maybe they were used also earlier. Also a Le Car: |

Ok, but there is still the question about the handles, do they have to be 1984+? It looks like they are, but it is still more an unconfirmed remark. PS.
