If I understand this correctly, a "single" rear bumper instead of a "double" means that this is a 1954-59 Wolseley 6/90 instead of a Riley Pathfinder.
Here's a Wolseley http://gblandco.com/gb/woclub/members/mahamoor.html and here's a Riley http://www.heritageweddingcars.com/riley.htm .

The short chrome stripe is a much easier identification, the Riley 2.6 had a two tone option so the stripe went right along the car.

I see that the owner of the wedding car Riley thinks it was the first "production saloon" to do 100mph. This is utter rubbish, he has obviously never heard of Bentley or Jaguar.

1954 is wrong. The large rear screen was introduced in 1957 for the 58 model year.
