Initially, Escapes sold in Australia had this code, but in late 2002, Ford introduced a new Falcon which also had the [BA] code. Obviously Ford couldn't have two vehicles with the same code, so the Escape changed to [ZA] that year (but was otherwise identical). I can list the articles again if needed but those two or three letter codes 'used for australian' vehicles aren't chassis codes but platform codes. They are two different things. Maybe Antp could add a platform code to appease your [BA] code but to conform to the database it makes sense to list under Ford's internal code of [U204]. If the field said platform code I would say yes use [BA] but we don't have a specific platform field only a chassis code field.
