 The production of the MAN alike Roman was started in 1971 also it had the wider lettering on the grille, it really can be a MAN F7.

EDIT and more exactly F7, the side grilles are not visible, but by the year and badging it fits better.

Thanks, I did not know, and thus film was set on Yugoslavian-Romanian border, on the building site of Djerdap dam, I put Roman....
