Yellow HA usually means ex-Post Office Telephones, although British Rail may be another possibility?? |

You mean British Telecom? (British Rail was Orange, I think). |

Orange for British Rail is unlikely I think, yellow appears to be used for both nationalised industries, however golden yellow seems to change to bright yellow for PO telephones at least. Also the inevitable colour fading and dull paint is a factor. British Rail HA Van Link to "www.rmweb.co.uk" Post Office Telephones HA Van http://www.britishtelephones.com/vehicles/minorvans/032.htm The main external difference appears to be ladder racks (PO Telephones) or roof bars (British Rail) although that would likely change when sold. |
