Added a picture sent by Wasserspeier - I hope that it is the Suburban that was listed

1948-53. If somebody has a scene of the back doors, I can identify which Chevy Suburban this is.

It does. 3106. Tailgated Suburbans were 3116's.

The 'burban makes the same noise (sound effects) struggling up hills, as when the Millenium Falcon attempts hyper-drive but is still broken.

Doesn't it look to you as if this vehicle has front door vent windows?
If so, no earlier than 1951.

I assume (deleted?) wasserspeier post showed a picture of the rear doors, showing the panel-type doors that explain the 3106 code...

Same feeling for me. But if no vent windows, then 1947 MY.

1951 Chevrolet Suburban [3106]?

or
1947 Chevrolet Suburban [3106]?

I wonder what happened to it after filming, probably repainted and sent to join a fleet of period cinema vehicles and become "Just. A. Car." .. which it is.
