It's got the body and plain taillights of a Hillman Super Minx Mk.I or II, but the wide side strip is puzzling me... Maybe a Humber Vogue (specific Australian version)? |

Yes - early 63/64 Humber Vogue (before squarer 65 cabin update as on UK models). See examples - http://www.sa.hillman.org.au/Ern_Humber.htm , Link to "digiads.com.au" , http://www.flickr.com/photos/doctor_keats/328980418/ . These all seem to be Series II cars with trebled round rear lights (taken from Gazelle (Audax) S3), not the usual full teardrop. Not sure if this one has the full teardrop or trebled round, and I can't find a definite Aus S1 picture. But badge, rear and side trim, reversing lights all match the Aus S2 pictures. |
