E-Series are just more precise model names of Econoline model ranges (or newer names, as I am not sure that these old models used E-... names) |

Econolines used those designations as far back as the early-1960's. They had E-100, E-103, E-113, and some others I'm not so sure about. However, since this is a Super Van converted into an ambulance, it's got to be an E-350, and the front end indicates it was made anywhere between 1983 and 1991. |
