Looks possibly RHD, so private import (ex-UK??).

What is the point of this "made for" thing? Does it matter?

It used to be useful where something was modified for legal requirements, had a different name or was unusual for where it was. Now people seem to want to use it in a blanket fashion...

Thank you. I had been trying to work out what it added to the totality of the struggle of mankind, and had come to the conclusion that it added nothing.

This seems to have been borne out by the attempted classification of a RHD Bentley as “made for USA”. How silly can you get?

This was a topic which went nuclear a few months ago behind the scenes, and there are still differences of opinion about how we could use made-fors for best effect. However it's probably not a discussion to re-open while the scars are still fresh ...

Nuclear about nothing?

Are the admins all closet politicians?

To be fair none of the admins were wanting every car in every US/CDN/AUS/GB etc film listed as made for (even if the steering wheel was on the wrong side). It was the parametres of the good reasons that were under discussion.

OK. I’ve sat in enough aimless committee meetings over the past 50 or so years to know how these things can occur.

The petrol filler cover on that Bentley is a very poor fit, they can be a bit problematic if they get bent.
