It's obviously a crew cab. There has to be space not only for the two guys who are actually doing the work but also for the three standing about watching. |

Leyland G-series cab 1973-1980. Boxer G-series. Some others also listed on IMCDb as only 'G-series' need reviewing as do other BMC/Leyland Boxer, Clydesdale etc. models. This cab shape came out about 1965 , trucks badged Austin or Morris till 1968 , then BMC until 1970 , then Leyland 1971 onwards . Then as Sunbar says G cab version with big Leyland letters on cab front as this one in 72/73 . There are a whole heap of models with G cab- Terrier, Boxer, Laird, Cheiftain, Clydesdale, Reiver, Mastiff, Super Mastiff plus bonneted Landtrains and Scammells . -- Last edit: 2014-03-08 13:53:38 |
